Texas Reps was formally incorporated in August of 1991 by its Principals Ray Weaver and Kelly Casey and represents the current day evolution of an agency that dates to the 1940s in Texas. With corporate offices located in Stafford, Texas, the company has expanded dramatically over the past 31 years from an office with two salespeople, an administrative assistant, and a few product lines in South Texas to a company with 17 dedicated sales professionals covering a territory that includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Western Tennessee. Four of our seventeen employees are dedicated inside salespeople who allow our outside sales team to prospect for new business as well as maintain and grow our long-time customers.

 Texas Reps is partnered with many of the premier manufacturers serving the HVAC industry, covering a broad base of products, including some that bring new innovative technology to our industry. In addition, customer service has been a priority for Texas Reps from day one. Developing and maintaining customer relationships throughout the territory has been a critical element in the company’s continued success.
